How to find free foreign language eBooks on Amazon?
There is a Foreign Language Books section on Amazon.com website (left sidebar). It links to Kindle book catalogs in 5 languages. Choose your language and Sort by: Price low to high

Search by using the English spelling of your language. There are a couple of phrases you can try, but the most reliable is the one combining the language with the word Edition. This is how non-English books are usually described at the title level.
For example: "Dutch Edition" Also you can use a special tags like Dutch, Dutch language, Dutch book, Dutch ebook...
However, you can try to search in your native language as well.

But it is the best to use the Amazon website that operates in your country or nearby, because there you may find more books in your language than on amazon.com. For example, probably you will find more Chinese books on amazon.cn than on amazon.com.
